Usher is known worldwide for being one of the few artists that can sing AND dance- at the same time even! Usher's ability to move on the dance floor may have been what set him apart from other rising R&B artists in the late 90's early 2000's, and keeps working to his advantage even to this day. A performance by Usher is so much more than what is offered by other artists because of his ability to connect dance to his music. And it's nice to see him not relying solely on back up dancers for movement on the stage. He is afraid to get a little sweaty and down and dirty to show his fans all that he has to offer.

Hindsight is always 20/20, but Usher can look back knowing that in that single moment of meeting Justin Bieber he made the best choice he could have made for his record label. Usher and Def Jam Records had to compete against Justin Timberlake and his label when it came to signing the pint size 15-year old youtube sensation, but in the end Usher won out and has prooved to be an amazing mentor and friend to The Biebs. His career has exploded, and it's no doubt because of Usher and all that he has done for the teen sensation.

Hot off the heels of the release of his newest album, Versus, and his performance at the VMAs Usher will be kicking off his official OMG Tour on November 10, 2010 in Seattle. The tour will hit 25 cities over North America from November to December 2010. Fans are dying to hear Usher perform hit songs like “OMG”, “DJ Got Us Fallin’ In Love”, “There Goes My Baby”, “Papers”, “Daddy’s Home”, as well as many others. Along with the songs come Usher's amazing dance moves and numerous costume changes- the fans are in for a treat! Usher is currently performing in Sydney for the Australian portion of the OMG Tour, and after those and a couple performances in New Zealand the star will return for more tour dates across America.

Earlier this year at the Belvedere Red party a fight broke out right before Usher was set to hit the stage! Allegedly, the fight was between Foxx and someone else he knew, there was some pushing and shoving but no one was seriously injured and the cops were not called. The fight was broken up, and Foxx stayed for the performance and after the show was heavily guarded by his security team as he was escorted to his car. Sources inside the event say the fight was nothing serious and Usher's performance was spectacular.

Usher and his momager Jonetta Patton have had their ups and downs throughout the years, one of the biggest being his mom's absence at his 2007 nuptuals to Tameka Foster. Patton was against their union from the beginning, as were many of Usher's loyal fans. The age difference between Tameka and Usher caused a lot of talk amongst celeb bloggers and Tameka took it upon herself to personally feud with many, not such a smart move as it just makes you look worse in the end, and Usher's fans definitely took notice. Patton refused to attend the union, and looks like her predictions and fears for her son's future were true as Usher and Tameka divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage and two children. Usher's feelings of hurt came from a place that desired unconditional love and acceptance from his mother, which he felt he didn't receive at his wedding in 2007. Sorry Usher, but at the end of the day, mom is always right.

Usher is not afraid to do what it takes to put on a great performance- even if that means taking some physical punishment! From broken ribs, to getting kicked in the face by a fan, Usher has seen it all! The kick to the face made headlines, as Usher brought an overly excited female fan to the stage to serenade during a performance at Madison Square Gardens. Usher sang the sweet words from his song 'Trading Places' as she lay on a chaise-type couch and he danced around her. During a position change, the bubbling and ecstatic fan moved her leg a little too quickly in the wrong direction and booted Usher right in the face! Thank GOD no damage was done to his pretty face, and as a testament to his performance ability he sang on completely unaffected by the incident.

Even before he officially filed for divorce from ex wife Tameka Foster, people were talking about a possible romance between Usher and Grace Miguel. Since the two were allegedy spotted before he was divorced, people of course started saying that Miguel was 'the other woman' and caused the dissolve of the marriage between Usher and Foster. Usher no doubt denies this, as he denies the claims of infidelity that were fired at him from way ex-girlfriend Chilli. Migual and Usher have yet to show up to an event together, or confirm a romance, but people love to talk and at this moment this is what they want to talk about. There was an insane story about how Miguel was already 3 months preggo with Usher's baby and the two were engaged! Obviously that is so false, where do people come up with these stories?!?! All we want to know is the truth! Usher needs to take to his Twitter to clear this up for his fans.
